Gestion de chantiers is a forestry application for easy management of forest operations, transportation, commercialization and payment of timber cutting rights.

Through an easy-to-use interface, Gestion de chantier allows the creation of links between owners, lots and single or multiple contractors to define the elements relating to the work site.

The user registers harvesting products included in the agreement with the owner, in addition to all paid deposits and amounts to be deducted after payment of the timber cutting rights in the "Propriétaire" (owner) interface. .

It is also here that all reports on final payment of timber cutting rights and profitability analyses of the work sites are accessible. Gestion de chantier becomes an essential tool in determining the cost-benefit analysis of all forest operations, for each work site.

The "Entrepreneur" (contractor) interface allows for the monitoring of deposits and granted advances, in addition to the measuring and billing of harvested wood.

The user enters all related information to delivered products in the "Livraison" (delivery) interface. He can also browse all deliveries made for specific selected work sites.

The "Configuration" interface allows the user to define company names, applicable tax rates, in addition to paths to the related databases and to the executable Crystal Report software.

All necessary information to be entered to properly coordinate work sites are assembled in the "Gestion des tables" (Table management) interface. The user can this way modify all the elements present in the database by simply browsing from tab to tab. Eleven Crystal Report files summarize management, monitoring of costs/payments and profitability of all the work sites.
