Extension for the production of files required for the submitting of annual forest management plans

Simple to use, Gestion des PRAIF was developed to quickly produce numeric files that are required to submit annual forest management plans on the Quebec Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife PRAIF site. The application is presented as a toolbar that is directly accessible in ArcMap. The version 9.1.6 adds the following items to the extension : Plan quinquénal (PQAF) for General plan (PGAF) Rapports annuels (RAIF) Analyse de forêt résiduelle Renumérotation de version The version 9.2.1 of the extension include the season 2010-2011 of the PAIF. The version 10.0.1 include the season 2011-2012 and2012-2013 of the PAIF and RAIF.

Detailled extension description

	Thanks to our user friendly interface, the application allows the user to generate form files, descriptive tables and Word documents during the initial submission of the plan and for all necessary modifications during the season. Generating files can be done dynamically from original data sets allowing the user to conserve the attribute tables that are normally used. .

.The application also allows the production of annual plans directly in the Quebec Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife required format by using templates. In the process of modifying annual forest management plans, since a relation between the different tabkes has already been established, newer versions of the PRAIF files may be updated in batch.

	The interface allows the user to follow the progress of the work in addition to the relations created between the different files. It is possible to print out all the steps as they are completed for later consultation..
